Qualification:
• Good BSc degree
• Candidates must have completed the NYSC programe
• Young and intelligent graduates of 30 years of age or less
• Should posses good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good territorial knowledge, ability to understand and speak the local language of the state of Interest
• A computer literate
• Highly resourceful person
