Operations Research Manager is needed at the Abuja Office of the Population CouncilJob Requirements:
The successful candidate will develop an Operations Research (OR) strategy for a comprehensive HIV Prevention and Care Project. He/she will lead in operations research conceptualization, research protocol preparation process, proposal defence presentations, research planning, implementation, analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
1. Level of Education – Relevant degree(s) in Operations Research and Health Economics. An MPH gives an added advantage
2. Language Requirements – English Exemplary
3. Level of IT Expertise Required – excellent quantitative and computational skills
4. Firm written expression (scientific and commercial)
5. Willingness to travel within the country and across the region on a regular basis
6. Required previous experience – 5 years working in health related development programs.
